Players registration for the Fall season has begun, registration form linked here. Cost for the MSC United Developmental league is $105.00 (4-5 year olds) and $125.00 (6-14 year olds), which includes the uniform and end-of-year award. NOTE: You can now register and pay fees online!

Parents must fill out the registration form for the developmental league, this form MUST be notarized for insurance purposes.

Please select from the correct age group and listing below. If you are a returning player you do not need to order a new uniform. If you select the returning player payment option you will not receive any uniform pieces.

YDL Registration:

4-5 year olds - Returning Player $80.00 USD 4-5 year olds - New player $105.00 USD 6-14 year olds - Returning Player $100.00 USD 6-14 year olds - New Player $125.00 USD

 

A code of conduct form must be signed by the parent. (Part of the registration form)

Parents must submit their player’s birth certificates in order to be registered, if new to the developmental league.

MSC will provide secondary insurance through the Arizona Youth Soccer Association.
